Rare and beautiful cover commemorating the Silver anniversary of the first airplane flight by the Wright brothers in 1903 at Kitty Hawk. Cover is personally signed by 'Lipsner' who was the first superintendent to blaze the air-mail trail for the U.S post-office.This cover was issued in 1928 as post-marked.
